Are KRL products for human or veterinary use?

No. KRL products are for research use only and are not for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, cosmetic use, dietary supplement use, or household use.

Why is the catalog gated?

The Research Compound Catalog requires a customer account and research-use-only acknowledgement before product pricing, cart, checkout, and COA downloads are available.

What must I acknowledge before catalog access?

You must acknowledge that you are a legitimate researcher, that purchases are for research-use-only laboratory purposes, and that products are not being purchased for human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement, or household use.

Where are COAs located?

Current posted COAs are available in the gated COA Library and from COA buttons on applicable gated product records and technical pages.

When should I pay?

Payment should be sent only after order review. Approved orders receive Zelle or USDC-on-Solana payment instructions.

What are the shipping terms?

KRL ships US orders only via USPS from Round Rock, Texas. Orders are reviewed before fulfillment and are not processed or shipped until approved and paid. Approved and paid orders normally dispatch within 1 business day, and tracking is provided when the USPS shipment is created. US shipping and handling is $15.00 for orders under $150.00. US orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping.
