Store access and acknowledgement
Customers must be at least 18 years old and must acknowledge the research-use-only restrictions before accessing the gated storefront. Kratos Research Labs stores acknowledgement records for compliance review.
Payment and compliance review
Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Payment instructions are provided for Zelle or USDC on Solana, and payment should be sent only after compliance approval. Orders are not processed or shipped until approved and paid.
Shipping, cancellations, and support
KRL currently ships US orders only via USPS from Round Rock, Texas. Orders are reviewed before fulfillment and are not processed or shipped until approved and paid. Approved and paid orders normally dispatch within 1 business day, and tracking is provided when the USPS shipment is created. US shipping and handling is $15.00 for orders under $150.00, with free US shipping for orders over $150.00. Cancellation, address-change, or order-change requests should be sent to orders@kratosresearchlabs.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, available remedies may depend on carrier status, product condition, and applicable compliance requirements.

Program name: KRL Supply Inc / Kratos Research Labs SMS Order Updates.
Program description: This SMS program sends optional transactional order status updates to customers who opt in during checkout. Messages may include invoice ready, payment received, processing, completed, cancelled, refunded, or failed payment notices for that customer's own order.
Originating number: Messages are sent from +1 (737) 201-5310.
How to opt in: Customers opt in during WooCommerce checkout by entering a billing phone number and checking the optional checkbox labeled "Text me order status updates for this order." The checkbox is unchecked by default, separate from all required checkout agreements, and is not required to place an order.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by order status, typically up to 6 messages per order.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, you will not receive more SMS order status updates from this number unless you opt in again.
