Store access and acknowledgement
Customers must be at least 18 years old and must acknowledge the research-use-only restrictions before accessing the gated storefront. Kratos Research Labs stores acknowledgement records for compliance review.
Payment and compliance review
Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Payment instructions are provided for Zelle or USDC on Solana, and payment should be sent only after compliance approval. Orders are not processed or shipped until approved and paid.
Shipping, cancellations, and support
US shipping and handling is $15.00 for orders under $150.00, with free US shipping for orders over $150.00. Cancellation or order-change requests should be sent to orders@kratosresearchlabs.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, available remedies may depend on carrier status, product condition, and applicable compliance requirements.
